Filming for Cosmopolis With Robert Pattinson Begins

Now that Breaking Dawn has wrapped, Robert Pattinson hasn’t taken much of a break! He’s heading right into his next film, Cosmopolis, directed by David Cronenberg as well as starring along side Paul Giamatti, Juliette Binoche, and Samantha Morton. The film is based on the book by Don DeLillo and is about a millionaire who goes across Manhattan to get a hair cut and ends up in a series of crisis that turn his finances and world up side down. Principal photography begins today in Toronto and will run through the end of July.

Tell us in the comments if you’ve read the book and how you feel about Rob being cast in the roll.

Kristen Stewart Touches Down in Robert Pattinson's Hometown

Kristen Stewart was in her round sunglasses this morning when she touched down at Heathrow airport. She's in boyfriend Robert Pattinson's hometown of London for a few days, following a couple low-key weeks of rest after wrapping up work on Breaking Dawn. The end of shooting the Twilight series didn't offer much rest for Robert, who was then busy promoting Water For Elephants with costar Reese Witherspoon. Kristen was there to support him at various stops on the press tour and with kisses at the big NYC premiere. She stuck around the Big Apple afterward to hit up this year's Met Ball in a black and red Proenza Schouler number, and was later seen leaving the Bowery Hotel with her and Robert's rescue dog, Bear.

Richard Jenkins Joins Elizabeth Olsen In Josh Radnor’s ‘Liberal Arts’

“How I Met Your Mother” star Josh Radnor made his feature directing debut last year with “Happythankyoumoreplease.” It wasn’t very good. But for his sophomore feature, Radnor has already stepped up us his game. Earlier this year, and fresh out of the Sundance Film Festival, where she earned incredible buzz for her performance in “Martha Marcy May Marlene,” Radnor landed Elizabeth Olsen as the star for “Liberal Arts,” and now he’s lined up another accomplished thesp who made an appearance in his first film.

Variety reports that awesome and ever busy character actor Richard Jenkins will re-team for the story about Jesse, a 35-year-old man (Radnor) who can’t leave his college life behind as he comes to grips with the responsibilities of adulthood. Olsen will play Zibby, a 19 year-old college student who falls for Jesse over their mutual love of music and literature, but their difference in age starts to get in the way as Jesse moves farther away from a hedonistic lifestyle. Jenkins will play Jesse’s favorite professor who introduces him to Zibby’s family at his retirement party.

First Look: Amy Adams And Jason Segel In ‘The Muppets’

I’m not sure what to expect from this new ‘The Muppets’ movie, but with stars like Amy Adams and Jason Segel, I’m feeling optimistic .

This trailer is clever, isn’t it? I kept asking myself if it was mis-titled for the first part of it- LOL. Hopefully they did like most animated movies do: have an entertaining storyline for the kids with enough of a plot/inside jokes to keep the adults entertained, too.

It’s due out just in time for Thanksgiving, on November 23. Interested?

JASON MOMOA REVEALS MAGIC AND SORCERY IN FOLLOW UPS TO HIS CONAN THE BARBARIAN

Ahead of its August 26 release, Jason Momoa the man who plays the Cimmerian warrior is already campaigning for the film. He spoke to Empire about his take on Conan the Barbarian.

The Hawaii native promises a speedier hero that Arnie's beefcake of the 80's original "We wanted to make him nimble, he's a product of his environment. He's not out there lifting boulders..."

On the matter of the dark arts that run through the Robert E. Howard stories, Momoa said "There's a lot of magic and sorcery in the Conan stories but they wanted to steer clear of including too much of that because of Clash Of The Titans.

They have a little bit of the sorcery in there with Marique (Rose McGowan) but I'm sure in Conan 2 and 3 there's going to be a lot more of that."

So it looks as though a Conan trilogy is in the works so as long as Conan strikes a powerful blow at the box office this August then we'll see the follow ups.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively Hang Out in Italy

The Cannes Film Festival is over, but Leonardo DiCaprio and Blake Lively continued to hang out together in Europe.

The pair, who were spotted hugging on a yacht on the French Riviera during the festival last week, were seen again looking friendly in Portofino, Italy, on Sunday.

Lively, 23, and the newly single DiCaprio, 36 – both wearing hats and sunglasses – went sightseeing and "seemed happy in each other's company," according to an observer. They were "laughing and walking" together.

No word on whether the outing was just for fun or had a business element to it. Last November, the two stepped out for dinner at The Lion in New York City, where they were reportedly talking about a movie project.

DiCaprio and model Bar Refaeli confirmed their break-up earlier this month, while Lively split from her boyfriend, Penn Badgley, last year.

'The Tree Of Life' And Kirsten Dunst Among Winners Of The 2011 Cannes Film Festival

Terrence Malick's "The Tree of Life" opene
d at Cannes to a mixed chorus of cheers and boos, but there's no split decision here
.

The Cannes Film Festival jury, headed up by Robert De Niro, has
awarded the highly coveted Palme d'Or to "Tree of Life," bestowing Malick's most recent effort with the festival's top prize a full year after it
was supposed to appear in competition. The result is a bit of a surprise, as many spectators identified the buzzworthy "We Need to Talk about Kevin" and "The Artist" as top contenders for the prize.

See who else emerged victorious at Cannes past the jump!

- Despite the controversy surrounding Lars Von Trier, you can't say the man can't lead his actors to greatness. Kirsten Dunst won the Best Actress award for her work in Von Trier's "Melancholia," another divisive film made all the more controversial by the director's remarks made earlier last week.

- Nicolas Winding Refn won Best Director for his work on "Drive," the car-chase suspense thriller starring Ryan Gosling as a getaway driver who suffers a change of heart. Fans of Refn and Gosling's collaboration will be pleased to know that the two are teaming together again for "Logan's Run" in the fall.

- Proving that a picture (and a performance) is truly worth a thousand words, "The Artist" star Jean Dujardin walked away from Cannes with the Best Actor award for his portrayal of a struggling silent film star. Though some are disappointed that "The Artist" didn't win the Palme d'Or, Dujardin's victory is a nice and well-earned consolation prize.

- Other winners include "Footnote" writer Joseph Cedar for Best Screenplay and a tie between "Kid with a Bike" and "Once Upon a Time in Anatolia" for runner-up.

ARNOLD AND MARIA DIVORCE COULD COST THE FORMER GOVERNOR MILLIONS

Without a prenup, Arnold Schwarzenegger may have to pay Maria Shiver some major bucks … if they decide to divorce.

In fact, Shriver and Schwarzenegger's split could be the most expensive in Hollywood history.

The fact that the ex-governor fathered a love child with his housemaid during the marriage could hit the actor's pocket reallyhard. Under California law, if the prenup does not stand up, the couple would have to split their net worth evenly.

Although no divorce plans have been announced, Shriver isn't wasting any time. The ex NBC news anchor has already hired one of Hollywood's top divorce lawyers, Laura Wasser.

Find out which ex-pair currently holds the record for the most expensive Hollywood divorce, after the jump ...

Mel Gibson is reported to have worked out a $500 million settlement with wife Robyn. Michael Jordan forked over $168 million following his 2006 divorce with wife Juanita; Neil Diamond paid $150 million after his 1994 split with Marcia Murphey, and Steven Spielberg paid $100 million following his 1989 divorce from Amy Irving.

"Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” sailed to $90.2 million at the box office.

Storyline - Jack Sparrow and Barbossa embark on a quest to find the elusive fountain of youth, only to discover that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it too.

Review - Firstly, this review does not contain any spoilers whatsoever so read on. I had the privilege to watch this in the El Capitan theater advanced screening. Johnny Depp, the goofy pirate that we have grown to love, returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow in an action-packed tale of truth, betrayal, youth and demise.

The plot is when Jack crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz), he's not sure if it's love—or if she's a ruthless con artist who's using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne's Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn't know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.

By being a fan this franchise, I can happily confirm that YES, it is as good as the first one! Be ready for an adventure and half! Brings everything from the classic bizarre comedy to the nail biting action scenes.

The marketing for the movie have been intelligently subliminal like some other great film releases, like Avatar, or Blair Witch (the real vs fake) and the recent awesome film production The Artifice and so on.

This is not a film to miss, does not matter if you are a die hard fan of Pirates, or new to the series!

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez Kiss For the Cameras at the Billboard Awards

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were just one of the cute couples at the Billboard Awards in Las Vegas last night. They got cozy in the audience while watching performances from Britney Spears, Rihanna, and Beyoncé, but all eyes were on them when Justin and Selena kissed for the cameras during the nationally televised event. Justin didn't mention his girlfriend when he took the stage to accept his multiple awards, though he did call her "amazing" backstage. The teenage duo kept their relationship under wraps for a while and only stepped out publicly for the first time at Vanity Fair's Oscars bash in February. Justin and Selena seem to be increasingly comfortable showing off their relationship, as they also lip-locked at a press conference earlier this month.
