Oops She Did it Again...
After hanging out on a rooftop, actress Lindsay Lohan headed to the local Miami, Florida beach to cool off. Lohan took a dip in the ocean with her sister Ali and a few friends on May 23, 2011. Lindsay also had what looked to be a new tattoo but after a swim it began to wear off.
