Jessica Simpson to Star in New Fashion Talent Show Alongside Elle Macpherson.

Jessica Simpson is returning to her reality-show roots.

Simpson, who rocketed to a new level of stardom in 2003 on MTV's "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica," will star as a "guide" on NBC's upcoming reality show, "Fashion Star."

The show, hosted by supermodel Elle MacPherson, will follow 14 fashion-savvy contestants as they battle to win a multi-million-dollar contract to launch their own fashion label in three of the country's largest retailers.

It will be taped in front of a studio audience -- and will feature dancers, live music and models, according to reports.

In addition to her singing career, Simpson has launched a fashion empire that includes nearly 24 products (including sportswear, denim, watches and fragrances).

Simpson and her now-ex-husband, Nick Lachey, headlined "Newlyweds: Nick & Jessica" for three seasons.

Sources tell us Hollywood costume designer Bivens "is devastated" after Theroux abruptly ended their relationship as he got close to Aniston.

Natalie Portman has a baby boy to go along with her Oscar.

The actress gave birth to her first child with fiance Benjamin Millepied, the choreographer of "Black Swan," People magazine reported.

The magazine gave no details. A publicist for Portman did not return a message seeking comment Tuesday.

The 30-year-old actress and Millepied, a well-regarded ballet dancer and choreographer, met during the making of "Black Swan," Darren Aronofsky's psychological thriller that stars Portman as a ballet dancer.

Portman won the best actress Academy Award in February for her performance in the movie.

Kardashian Sisters Cleared in $75M Prepaid Debit Card Suit.

A judge has thrown out a $75 million lawsuit filed against the Kardashian sisters after they yanked their endorsement of a prepaid debit card that was criticized for its high fees, saying the reality show stars had no duty to promote a product that might be considered unlawful.

The ruling issued June 7 by Fresno Superior Court Judge Jeff Hamilton states attorneys for Revenue Resource Group LLC hadn't sufficiently shown they could win their breach of contract case. The ruling also states the sisters could not sued for voicing concerns about the debit card because the claims would violate their First Amendment rights.

The Fresno-based company sued sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney in January, blaming them for heavy losses after the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" stars publicly severed ties with the company. A phone message for the company's attorney Nathan Miller was not immediately returned.

Charlie Sheen Close to Deal for New TV Show.

Former "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen is in negotiations to appear in a new network sitcom, TMZ reports.

Sources close to Sheen told the entertainment website that the troubled actor and his representatives are negotiating a "big offer" for a show written specifically for him.

Sheen was fired from "Two and a Half Men" in March after blasting the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, and network executives, and has since been replaced by former "That '70s Show" star Ashton Kutcher.

The sources said the new show, the title of which was not revealed, would air without having to go through the pilot process and could premiere as early as January 2012.

British actor Sean Bean was stabbed.

British actor Sean Bean was stabbed in the arm following a spat over a Playboy model outside a bar in London.

The "Lord Of The Rings" and "Game of Thrones" star was apparently attacked outside the Hill Bar and Brasserie in Camden, northwest London late Sunday, British newspaper The Daily Mail reported Tuesday.

Witnesses said Bean, 52, suffered a cut arm and a bruised face but did not want to go to hospital. He instead walked back into the bar and ordered another drink.

A member of staff said, "Sean is a regular here and we've never had any problems before. He was with a very attractive woman and an incident occurred outside the bar."

They added, "He came in with a cut on his arm and a bruise on his eyebrow. We saw to his injuries with the first aid kit. He seemed OK and wanted to have another drink."

Weston Cage had gone missing last week in the hours before he went off the hinges and had to be subdued by cops.

The guy who beat him down?

It turns out he had been sent by his dad, Nicolas Cage, to find him.

The one-man search party was 39-year-old Kevin Villegas, who worked as an assistant for Cage for the past five years. Villegas' primary responsibility was looking after Weston, TMZ reports

But last Tuesday, when Weston went M.I.A., sources tell TMZ that Cage dispatched Villegas to track down the 21-year-old and bring him home.

Villegas quickly located his target in L.A., but we're told, Weston was resistant and aggressive -- even threatening to rip of Villegas' "Christian f**king head."

Sources tell TMZ that Villegas immediately reported the situation to Cage,. who instructed Kevin to call 911.
