Jennifer Lopez sex tape will not be released.

Jennifer Lopez sex tape will not be released. A judge ordered the footage to be turned over to the court and locked in a safe deposit box.

According to E! News, Ojani Noa‘s business partner, Ed Meyer, was ordered to hand over the tape so it could be locked in a safe deposit box at the City National Bank in Century City, Calif.

Jennifer’s lawyer, Jay Lavely, will be the key holder.

“The parties agree that all home video in Mr. Meyer’s possession, custody and control will be delivered here today and placed in a sealed envelope,” Lavely told the court today.

Meyer told E! News he didn’t mind handing over all the videos, which is actually more than 27 hours of nudity rather than a real “sex” tape.

“Now there is an evidentiary chain,” he explained. “Before they just wanted me to hand it over to Jay Lavely and he would just put it in a drawer. We went with a bank so people will be photographed coming in and out and there is no tampering.”
But before the tape goes into the box, J. Lo and her lawyers will be able to view the tape.

“We all know that out there on a G-mail cloud is some snippets,” Judge Ann Jones said, so Meyer was placed under oath and ordered to delete all copied and saved footage.

Earlier this week, Jennifer was able to stop the release of the tape by obtaining a temporary restraining order by a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge.
