Sitting down with her sisters Khloe and Kourtney backstage at the 'TODAY' show, the dynamic duo joked that Kim's sparkling new $2 million engagement ring is not what you think!
"Oh, it's fake. You can suck on it, like a lollipop," the always-hilarious Khloe told me. "Kim's ring is from Nordstrom's [a department store]. $7.99 ... But no one knows if it's really real or fake these days, so why do we care?"
Note to Khloe, we care about everything Kardashian and some people do want to know if that thing is really-truly-positively real! Meanwhile, the ladies are busier than ever, promoting the sixth season of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' and getting ready for Kim's big day ... whenever that is.
As I reported yesterday, Kim and Kris Humphries are planning a massive wedding that will be televised in a two-hour special on E! Television. "Kim really wants her fans to celebrate with her on the most important day of her life," my source says.
And although Khloe has no idea how married life will change Kim, she does clue me in on why the Kardashian ladies are into NBA players. Is it all about the seats?
"Yeah, the seats and the shoe size," Khloe giggled. "The shoe size is worth it, but basketball players are just fun in general."
I also asked Khloe what kind of bachelorette party she and Kourtney will be throwing for their sis, and the response is barely printable!
"We're here to promote a show! We're not here to talk about dildos, nipples and vibrating underwear!" Khloe jokes, adding that this season is going to be all about "Sex, drugs and videotapes!"
